DANBY — A 34-year-old man from Danby man is facing charges following an incident that took place on Thursday.
Police say they responded to a domestic disturbance in Wallingford at round 10:45 p.m.
Cody Crandall allegedly caused serious bodily injury to a family or household member and fled the area before police arrived.
Crandall was taken into custody yesterday and transported to the Rutland State Police Barracks for processing.
He was lodged at Marble Valley Correctional Facility without bail pending arraignment.
He is being charged with 1st degree aggravated domestic assault and violation of conditions of release.
