BURLINGTON — A 33-year-old man was arrested in Burlington last week.
On November 25, authorities were notified of a disturbance outside Esox on Main Street.
The caller told police that there were a man outside threatening people.
Police say they made contact with the suspect, Tajon Lytch, who was in a highly agitated state when they arrived.
Lytch was antagonistic to officers and berated them, but officers assessed no crime was being committed.
When he appeared to be moving along, the officers returned to their cruisers.
As they prepared to return to patrol, an Esox employee approached them and told that Lytch had gone back inside and was again causing a disturbance.
Police say the business wanted him removed for trespassing.
Police say they attempted to assist Esox staff with trespassing Lytch, at which point he became disorderly.
He was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
During a search incident to arrest, he was found to be in possession of a stolen 9mm Glock firearm, 3.9 grams of presumptive crack cocaine, 28 grams of marijuana, and more than $3,000 in cash.
