ROYALTON — A 52-year-old man from Charlotte will face charges after an incident in Royalton earlier this month.
On November 11, authorities were notified of a road rage incident on I-89 at around 4:05 p.m.
Police say that one of the drivers, identified Briggs Phillips, drove in a grossly negligent manner.
He was arrested and issued a citation to appear in court on January 3.
