WESTON — A 66-year-old man from Ludlow was arrested for DUI in Weston on Thursday.
Authorities were notified of a single-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 155 at around 4:50 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Steven J. Macklin.
Police say that Macklin had been drinking and was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Macklin was transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was released and cited to appear in court on December 6 to answer to the charge.
