BURLINGTON — A 31-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI in South Burlington yesterday.
Police initiated a traffic stop on Shelbourne Road at around 12:00 a.m.
The driver was identified as Dylan Hughes, of South Burlington.
Police say they observed indicators of impairment and conducted a roadside investigation, after which Hughes was arrested for suspicion of DUI.
His license was criminally suspended from a prior DUI, police say.
Hughes was transported to the Williston barracks for processing.
He was released with a criminal citation to appear in court to answer the charges.
