ORANGE — A 61-year-old man from Groton was arrested in Orange yesterday.
Police allege that Michael Kennedy was transporting a wanted person in his vehicle.
Kennedy is also accused of causing a disturbance that prevented troopers from arresting the wanted person.
Police say when Kennedy was taken into custody, he resisted arrest.
He was transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing and released with a citation to appear at a later date.
