NEWFANE — A 51-year-old man was cited in Newfane yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a residential burglary that occurred at around 7:10 p.m.
Police say that David Marquez, of Newfane, had forcibly entered a residential home without permission and made criminal threats to the occupant.
Marquez was cited to appear in court for burglary and criminal threatening on November 28.
