JERICHO — A 24-year-old woman from Burlington was arrested on a warrant in Jericho yesterday.
Police initiated a traffic stop on Browns Trace Road, at the intersection of Morgan Road, for a defective equipment violation at around 7:20 p.m.
The driver was identified as Julia Pettinelli.
Police say that Pettinelli had a current and active warrant for her arrest in the state of Vermont related to a failure to complete work crew.
Pettinelli was arrested and transported to the Corrections Department where she was lodged on the warrant.
