NEWBURY — A 52-year-old man is facing charges following an incident in Newbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance involving a man firing shots inside his home on Brock Hill Road at around 5:20 p.m.
Following an investigation, police say that Troy Brock, of Newbury, placed a household member in fear for their life after firing several rounds inside the home.
He allegedly pointed the firearm at the victim threatening them.
Police say they took Brock into custody.
He was transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing, and the firearm was seized for evidence.
He was held without bail at the Northeastern Correctional Facility.
He is facing charges of 1st-degree aggravated domestic assault and reckless endangerment.
State Police were assisted by various EMS agencies.
