SAXTONS RIVER — A 37-year-old woman was arrested for DUI following a crash in Saxtons River yesterday.
The two-vehicle crash took place on Main Street at around 2:05 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Theresa Summerford, of Saxton’s River, showed signs of impairment.
She was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
She was later transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing and released with a criminal citation to appear in court on January 31 to answer the charge.
