RICHFORD — A 51-year-old woman from Arizona was arrested following an incident in Richford yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an individual in the custody of U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the Port of Entry at around 11:00 a.m.
Police say the woman, identified as Bitsy Figarino, of Superior, AZ, attempted to cross into the United States and was in possession of hallucinogens.
Figarino was cited and released to appear in court on December 20 to answer for the charge.
