BARRE — A 44-year-old man was arrested for his fourth DUI following an incident in Barre early this morning.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Keith Avenue at around 12:45 a.m.
The driver was identified as Scott Griffin, of Barre.
Police allege that Griffin was under the influence of intoxicants at the time.
He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
He was processed at the Berlin barracks and released with a citation to appear in court for the charge of DUI #4.
