WESTMINSTER — A 25-year-old man from Bellows Falls was arrested following an incident in Westminster yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a disturbance in Shady Pines Park at around 9:10 a.m.
Police say they made contact with Cody Thomas.
Following an investigation, it was found that there was an extraditable warrant for Thomas.
Thomas was taken into custody and transported to the Westminster State Police barracks for processing.
He was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility as a fugitive from justice and for multiple in-state warrants.
