WARDSBORO — A 63-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following a crash in Wardsboro yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place in the area of South Wardsboro Road at around 9:00 p.m.
Police identified the driver as James Beaton, of Wardsboro.
Following an investigation, police allege that he was under the influence of alcohol.
Beaton was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was cited to appear in court, to answer the charge.
