HARTLAND — A 55-year-old man from Springfield was killed during a crash in Hartland yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on the Quechee Hartland Road, near the intersection of Briar Patch Road, at around 5:30 p.m.
The Hartland Fire Department and Windsor Rescue were dispatched to the scene.
The driver was identified as Scott Sargent, who was deceased when rescue workers arrived.
The vehicle drifted off the right side of the road and collided with a tree.
Police are still investigating this crash.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is being asked to call State police.
