ALBURGH — A man was arrested for DUI following a crash in Alburgh yesterday.
The single-vehicle rollover crash took place on US Route 2 at around 12:20 a.m.
Police say the driver who was identified as Matthew Curtis, of Alburgh.
Curtis showed signs of alcohol impairment and was screened for DUI.
He was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and was transported to the St. Albans State Police barracks for processing.
There were no injuries resulting from the crash.
Police say after consultation with the States Attorney’s office, it was decided to cite Curtis as an adult.
He was issued a citation to appear in Grand Isle Superior Court on November 17 for the offense of DUI #1.
