TOWNSHEND — A 31-year-old man from Newfane was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in Townshend on Friday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault with a knife that had occurred at the Riverbend Market Grocery Store at around 6:40 p.m.
Following an investigating, police say they arrested Scotti B. Clark for aggravated assault, lewd and lascivious conduct, criminal threatening, petit larceny, disorderly conduct, and violation of conditions of release.
Clark is scheduled to appear in court yesterday to answer to the charges and issued conditions of release by the court.
