Police release photos of suspects connected to stolen truck in Whitingham

WHITINGHAM — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who was involved in a theft that occurred in Whittingham on Tuesday.

Authorities say they were notified of a stolen truck from a home at around 6:40 a.m.

Police say the truck contained a dirt bike, several firearms, and body armor.

According to the report, two individuals had stolen the truck from the home overnight, and the incident was caught on security footage.

As part of the continuing investigation into this incident, Vermont police, working in conjunction with the Massachusetts State Police, has obtained surveillance photos showing the suspects in this theft using the victim’s bank card in Massachusetts.

On Tuesday, the card was used at an ATM at a bank in Northampton at 4:19 a.m.

Police say the photos show both suspects in this incident, including one with distinctive, visible tattoos.

Anyone who might recognize the individuals in the photographs, the tattoos, or who may have additional information that could assist investigators is being asked to call 802-722-4600.
