EDEN — Police are looking for the driver who left the scene of an accident in Eden on Wednesday.
The single-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Knowles Flat Road at around 7:00 a.m.
Police say that an unregistered white 2009 Subaru Impreza was traveling east on Route 118 when it went off the road and hit a Vermont Electric Cooperative power pole, severing the pole at the base.
The driver of the Subaru left the scene and is unknown at this time.
The crash occurred sometime overnight on October 18.
