NEW HAVEN — A 62-year-old man from Milton was cited following an incident in New Haven yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Route 7 at around 4:40 p.m.
The driver was identified as Timothy Tourangeau.
Following an investigation, it was found that Tourangeau’s license was restricted to only operating vehicles equipped with an ignition interlock device.
Tourangeau’s vehicle was not equipped with the device.
He was cited to appear in court on January 9.
