SWANTON — Police say they have located a man they were looking for after an incident in Swanton last week.

Authorities were notified that a man and a woman were arguing and fighting to the point of waking several neighbors in the area of Meadow Lane at around 2:10 a.m.

Police say the argument reportedly carried outside into a public space.

This was the second call to respond to the residence that day, police say.

Following an investigation, police say that Tiffanie Flood and Dylan Sweet, both of Swanton, entered into an altercation that caused public inconvenience and annoyance, as well as recklessly created a risk thereof, by making unreasonable noise and engaging in tumultuous, violent behavior.

Flood was issued a citation to appear in court on November 22 to answer for the charge.

Before troopers arrived, Sweet fled on foot from the scene.

Troopers were looking to speak with Sweet, who they located subsequent to a search warrant yesterday.
