DERBY — A 71-year-old man was cited for unlawful trespass following an incident in Derby on Wednesday.
Police say they were notified of a trespass violation on Nelson Hill Road.
Robert Ovitt, of Derby, was found to have been on Thomas Lague’s property.
According to the report, he had previously been trespassed by the Vermont State Police.
Ovitt was issued a citation to appear in court and released.
