Single-vehicle crash with injuries in Wallingford

WALLINGFORD — A 26-year-old woman from Newport was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Wallingford yesterday.

The crash took place on Vermont Route 103, approximately one mile north of the intersection of Vermont Route 140, at around 3:00 p.m.

According to the report, Deidreanna Wood-Bethke was traveling north when she lost control of the vehicle and traveled off the road into the ditch.

The vehicle overturned on its side.

Wood-Bethke was transported to Rutland Regional Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.

State Police was assisted by the Wallingford Fire Department, Shrewsbury Fire Department, Regional Ambulance Service, and Earle’s Towing.
