BURKE — A 35-year-old man from Lyndon was arrested following an incident in Burke yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation on Lynburke Road at around 10:35 p.m.
While conducting the traffic stop, police say they observed several signs of impairment from the driver.
The driver was identified as Jeremy O’Rourke.
O’Rourke also had court conditions of release stating that he could not consume alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.
Following an investigation, he was arrested for suspicion of DUI and violation of conditions of release.
He was brought to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
