RICHMOND — Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that took place in Richmond yesterday.
The crash occurred on I-89 at around 11:45 a.m.
Police say that traffic on the interstate had begun to slow as the interstate was reduced to one lane due to an ongoing construction project in the area.
