RICHMOND — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Richmond yesterday.
The crash took place on Interstate 89 south at around 7:45 p.m.
Police say they located a 2021 Ram 1500 facing south with heavy damage when they arrived.
The driver was identified as Kirk Little, 44, of Milton.
While speaking with Little, police say they observed several indicators of impairment from a substance other than alcohol.
Little was arrested for the suspicion of DUI- Drug and transported to the Stowe Police Department for a DRE exam.
At the conclusion of processing Little was lodged with a condition to appear in court on September 30 to answer the charge of DUI #3, criminal refusal, criminal DLS.
