WEST ADDISON — A 21-year-old man from Middlebury was cited for aggravated domestic assault following an incident in West Addison on Sunday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight that had taken place at a home on Lake Street at around 3:40 a.m.
Police allege that Logan Loftus punched a household member, resulting in a fractured jaw.
Yesterday, Loftus was located, placed under arrest, and transported to the New Haven barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, he was conditionally released with a citation to appear in court the following day.
