GEORGIA — Two people were cited following an incident in Georgia yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute between neighbors on Sandy Birch Road at around 7:30 a.m.

Police responded to the home to conduct a preliminary investigation with each party, which included a review of surveillance and cell phone footage.

According to the report, Arthur Vento, 52, of Georgia, entered land belonging to neighbor John Lamoy, 68, during early morning hours.

Also, Lamoy allegedly “displayed disorderly conduct by engaging in tumultuous and threatening behavior,” according to police.

Vento was issued a citation for unlawful trespass, and Lamoy was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

Police say both parties are due to appear in court for said offenses on October 11.
