Police: DUI crash in Corinth leads to multiple charges

CORINTH — A 64-year-old man was arrested for DUI following a crash in Corinth last week.

The rollover crash took place on August 18, in the area of Chelsea Road at around 7:50 p.m.

Police say that Darrell R. Duprey, of Corinth, was the only driver and vehicle involved.

According to the report, Duprey was operating his motor vehicle at a higher rate of speed before he veered off the road and rolled the vehicle.

Police say Duprey left the scene before their arrival.

Local police, along with the Vermont State Game Warden worked together to locate Duprey.

He refused Standard Field Sobriety Tests after exhibiting signs of impairment and was arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Police say he resisted arrest as well.
