READING — A 52-year-old man from Cavendish was arrested for his second DUI following a crash in Reading on Sunday.
The vehicle crashed into a tree at around 6:50 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Andrew Stearns had been driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Stearns was arrested on suspicion of DUI but remained in the care of medical professionals, police say.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on September 27.
