POWNAL — Police are investigating a burglary that occurred in Pownal last week.
Authorities were notified that the Stewarts Shop on US Route 7 was burglarized, and multiple items were stolen from the store at around 1:45 a.m. on August 12.
Store surveillance cameras captured images of a vehicle that might be connected to this incident.
This week police released the surveillance footage.
Anyone with information about the burglary or who has the ability to identify the vehicle is asked to call Trooper Jared Lacoste at 802-442-5421.
