JERICHO — A 24-year-old man from Johnson was arrested following an incident in Jericho yesterday.

Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Browns Trace Road at MMU Highschool after observing several lane violations at around 10:40 p.m.

The driver was identified as Bradlee Bryant.

While speaking with Bryant, police say they observed several indicators of alcohol impairment.

Bryant had his son in the back seat while operating the vehicle, police say.

Police say he was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston barracks for processing.

At the conclusion of processing, he was released with a citation to appear in court on August 23 to answer to the charge of DUI #2 and cruelty to a child.
