CAMBRIDGE — Police say a 72-year-old man will face multiple charges following an incident that took place in Cambridge yesterday.
Authorities were called out to Vermont Route 15 at around 10:30 a.m.
Police allege that William Cardinal, of Cambridge, pointed a pellet gun closely resembling a rifle at someone, and fired it at one victim’s truck.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Vermont State Police Williston barracks for processing.
He faces charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, unlawful mischief, and criminal threatening.
He was then transported to the Northwest Correctional Facility.
