JAMAICA — A 27-year-old man from Wardsboro was cited following a crash in Jamaica earlier this month.

On July 17, authorities say they were notified of a single-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 100 south at around 7:40 p.m.

Police identified the driver as Shane Arsenault.

Police allege he fled the scene, had a criminally suspended license, and operated the vehicle in a negligent manner.

Troopers located Arsenault yesterday and issued him a criminal citation to appear in court on September 27 to answer the charges of DLS, negligent operation, and LSA.
