BERKSHIRE — A 51-year-old man was arrested for DUI following an ATV crash in Berkshire yesterday.
The crash took place on Richford Road/Lost Nation Road at around 6:40 p.m.
The injured ATV driver was identified as Andy D. Kinney, of Berkshire.
He was transported by ambulance to Northwest Medical Center.
Following an investigation, police allege that Kinney was under the influence of alcohol.
He was given a citation for DUI to appear in court on September 27.
