DERBY — Community National Bank was recently ranked as the number one bank in Vermont according to Forbes’ America’s Best Banks In Each State published June 21, 2022.
Forbes teamed up with market research firm Statista to conduct interviews of more than 26,000 U.S. citizens from all 50 states about the financial institutions where they maintain accounts.
Customers provided an overall satisfaction score and answered whether they would recommend an institution to family and friends.
Customers also responded to a series of detailed questions about satisfaction in six key areas, including, trust, terms & conditions (including fees), branch services, digital services, customer service, and financial advice.
Based on a scale of 1-100 just 2.7% of all banks nationwide made the cut for the best-in-state rankings.
Community National Bank ranked first in Vermont with a ranking of 90.14 and ranked fourth nationally.
Institutions that have branches in more than 14 states were excluded from the survey.
“I’m so proud of this designation for our bank, and I’m extremely proud to share this recognition with all of our hard-working employees,” Community National Bank CEO and President Kathy Austin said. “This is a culmination of the good work we all do together, providing great service and building trust and goodwill among our customers.”
