SWANTON — A 72-year-old woman was arrested for her third DUI following a crash in Swanton yesterday.
The crash took place on St. Albans Road at around 5:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that the driver, Diane M. Paquette, of Swanton, was suspected to be under the influence.
Paquette was arrested for DUI and transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing.
She was released on a citation to appear in court on September 12 for DUI # 3.
