BERLIN — A 23-year-old man from Northfield was seriously injured following a crash in Berlin on Friday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on I-89 south at around 3:05 p.m.
Police say the driver was reported to have been ejected from the vehicle.
Two passengers were transported to Central Vermont Medical Center with suspected injuries, police say.
The driver, identified as Gage Buchanan, was initially transported to Central Vermont Medical Center and later to the UVM Medical Center for more serious injuries.
The left lane of I-89 south was closed for an extended period of time while crews worked to clear the scene.
