WESTMINSTER — A 28-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested following an incident in Westminster early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of an active burglary on Pine Banks Road at around 1:50 a.m.
Upon arrival, police located Kyle Ramsey, of Charlestown, NH, on the front porch of the home.
Police found that Ramsey was also under the influence of alcohol.
He was placed under arrest for attempted burglary into an occupied dwelling and suspicion of DUI.
