WILLIAMSTOWN — A 62-year-old man from Barre City was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Williamstown on Saturday.
Police say they conducted a traffic stop following an observed motor vehicle violation on Vermont Route 14 at around 7:05 p.m.
The driver was identified as Jeremy Dodge.
While speaking with Dodge indicators of impairment were detected.
An investigation led to Dodge being taken into custody for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
He was transported to Barre City Police Department without incident where he was processed for DUI.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on July 27 and released.
