POWNAL — A 28-year-old man from Rhode Island was arrested following an incident in Pownal yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a reported abuse prevention order violation at a home at around 9:35 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Justin Mancini, of Pawtucket, had violated an abuse prevention order and court-ordered conditions.
The conditions stated that he should not be at the plaintiff’s residence.
Mancini was arrested for the charges and transported to the Shaftsbury barracks for processing.
After processing, he was flash cited to appear in court on July 11.
