SALISBURY — A 59-year-old man from Ferrisburgh was cited on 6 counts of second-degree unlawful restraint following an incident in Salisbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a suspicious incident at around 12:05 a.m.
Through the course of the investigation, police allege that Marvin Morley had unlawfully restrained his six passengers while providing them with a taxi ride.
As per the order of the court, Morley was released with court conditions and ordered to appear in court on July 6.
