MARSHFIELD — A 46-year-old man from Barre was arrested in Marshfield on Friday.
Authorities say they were notified of a report of a stolen vehicle from the area of May Road at around 9:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police say that Fernand Rouleau had operated the vehicle of Angelique Conn, 43, of Marshfield, without her consent.
Yesterday, troopers located Rouleau with the vehicle.
Rouleau was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on September 1.
