TUNBRIDGE — A 26-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Tunbridge yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault at a home at around 5:20 a.m.
Police allege that Joshua Porter-Govea, of Tunbridge, assaulted a domestic partner and left the scene before they arrived.
Police say when they were able to locate Porter-Govea he fled on foot.
Troopers were able to apprehend him and take him into custody.
It was also found that Porter-Govea had 2 active warrants for his arrest.
He was cited to appear in court to answer the charges of aggravated domestic assault, criminal DLS, resisting arrest, and arrest on a warrant x2.
