RICHMOND — A 22-year-old woman from Arizona was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Richmond last week.
On June 21, authorities say they were notified of a crash that took place on Interstate 89 south at around 2:25 p.m.
Police say they located the vehicle at a position of controlled rest on the inside right of the construction zone barrier when they arrived.
According to the report, Clara Brown, of Flagstaff, Arizona, told police her right front tire caught one of the concrete barriers prior to the crash.
She tried to correct herself, but it soon carried her sliding against other concrete barriers before coming to a stop.
As a result, police say that Brown sustained no injuries and provided no signs of impairment.
Due to disabling damage to the vehicle, Anytime Towing assisted with removing the vehicle from the scene.
