BERLIN — A 27-year-old man was cited following an incident in Berlin on Friday.
Authorities say they filed a report of a violation of an abuse prevention order at around 2:40 p.m.
Police allege that Steven Chapin, of Berlin, had followed and or stalked the plaintiff in the order.
Yesterday, Chapin was issued a citation to appear in court for the offense of violation of an abuse prevention order.
He was scheduled to appear in court today to answer the charges.
