WESTMINSTER — A 35-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following a crash in Westminster yesterday.
The single-vehicle rollover crash took place on Sweetwood Hill Road.
Following an investigation, police allege the driver, identified as Kenneth M. Hoyt, of Westminster, was operating under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on July 12 to answer the charge of DUI #2.
