SOUTH HERO — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in South Hero yesterday.
The crash took place on US Route 2 at around 3:40 p.m.
According to the report, Jennifer Morrison, 53, of North Hero, was traveling west prior to the crash.
Morrison stopped her vehicle near the Apple Island boat marina to allow pedestrians to cross the road.
After coming to a stop Morrison was rear-ended by Heather Paley, 53, of South Hero.
Paley and Morrison along with a passenger in Morrison were treated by rescue and released at the scene.
There were minor traffic delays in the area for around 20 minutes following the crash.
