ROYALTON — A 39-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Royalton yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a fight inside the Valero Gas Station at around 8:20 p.m.
Police allege that Travis Dyer, of Royalton, had assaulted multiple people both inside and outside the store before leaving in his truck.
The victims were known by Dyer, police say.
Troopers responded to Dyer’s home where he was arrested and brought back to the Royalton barracks for processing.
He was cited and released on Conditions to appear in court on Monday to answer to the charges of domestic assault, simple assault, and disorderly conduct.
