BURKE — A 60-year-old man from St. Johnsbury was arrested following an incident in Burke yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of a call from a home located on Depot Street, that Ralph Morale Jr. was refusing to leave the address.

Police allege he was using obscene language, and threatening the resident.

Police say Morale was also in violation of court-ordered conditions.

Morale was placed under arrest and transported to Northeast Correctional Facility in St. Johnsbury, where he was lodged for lack of $200 bail on an unrelated warrant.

He was also issued a citation to appear in court to answer the charges of unlawful trespass, disorderly conduct, criminal threatening, and violation of conditions of release.
